Ted Rolfe began working in the well drilling business in 1980, (while in junior high school), giving him over 40 years of experience. During his time within the industry, he has learned all aspects of the business from meeting with clients to drilling and pump installation. Ted has gained a more than favorable reputation throughout the state of Maine, being known for his strong and efficient work ethic, honesty, and good nature. He takes time to listen, explain options, and answer questions so clients will be confident they will be getting the best service possible.

Ted is licensed as a master well driller, master pump installer, and also has a license in closed loop geothermal. He is certified through the State of Maine in erosion control and also holds certification through the International Ground Source Heat Pump Association (IGSPA). Not only is he a member of the Maine Ground Water Association, (MGWA), he served as its president for two terms. He is also a member of the National Ground Water Association, (NGWA).

Noah Rolfe is a Journeyman Well Driller, a director of the Maine Ground Water Association, and a member of the National Ground Water Association. He started off going to work with his dad as a young child and has actually been working in the field since he was 15. He has a passion for well drilling and the youthful energy and ambition that the aging well drilling industry desperately needs. Much like his father, he is hardworking, courteous, and takes pride in a job well done.
